The original Adelaar Camper. Adventurous, bold and ready for any adventure, with pick-up in Amstelveen, North Holland or on request in Hoogeveen, Drenthe.
The Horizon is our first and most proven campervan, built on a VW Crafter with one goal: maximum freedom, without compromising on comfort.
Everything inside is hand-built and carefully finished. Painted kitchen cabinets, a solid wooden worktop, atmospheric lighting and the signature wallpaper give the space warmth and character.
With 600W solar panels and a powerful 3.65 kWh battery, you are fully self-sufficient. Laptop, phone, ambient lighting and 230V appliances via the inverter: plenty of power for daily use, wherever you want to park.
The 80-litre water system, hot water from the boiler and filtered drinking water means you stay comfortable even in remote locations. After a hike or beach day you simply take a warm outdoor shower.
The passenger seat swivels and together with the two seats in the back creates a cosy interior space. With an ingenious fold-out system this space transforms in no time into a full-length bed of 175 × 210 cm.
Outside, the large electric awning rolls out easily: shade on demand, wherever you are.
In the morning you make a fresh Nespresso as the sun rises. Picnic table, chairs, cooking equipment, clean bed linen: everything is on board. Just you, the Horizon and the open road.

The Horizon is normally handed over in Amstelveen, close to Amsterdam. For longer bookings, pick-up in Hoogeveen, Drenthe is also possible on request. Ideal for travellers from the north or east of the Netherlands who want to set off without driving to the Randstad first.

Our fixed pick-up location in Amstelveen is convenient for departures towards Noord-Holland, the coast, Belgium or France. Also the most logical starting point for international travellers flying into Schiphol.
For bookings of at least one week, pick-up in Hoogeveen is possible on request. Please contact us for this.
A gem of a van with a wonderful atmosphere and everything you need, completely custom-built by Koen. Koen is very responsive and arranged everything perfectly for us!
Absolutely recommended! Amazing trip through Denmark, Sweden and Norway with one of the campervans. Everything was thought of and communication was very pleasant.
We really enjoyed our short camper trip. The van is fully equipped with all comforts and drives nicely. Lots of space and a great big bed. Thanks to the solar panels and drinking water filter you can truly go off-grid for longer. Communication with Koen was always fast and easy. Highly recommended!
