The campervans are handed over at Den Bloeyenden Wijngaerdt in Amstelveen — 10 minutes from Amsterdam city center. Free parking on site.

Campervans can be collected and returned between 08:00 and 20:00, seven days a week.

During the handover we walk you through all features of the campervan in detail, take photos and/or videos to record its condition, and hand over the key.

You'll leave fully prepared for your trip.

No. A standard category B driving licence is sufficient for all three campervans — the Horizon (VW Crafter), Zonnewijzer (Citroën Jumper) and Albatros (VW Crafter L3).

Rates per day, per season:

Includes 1,250 km per week · Extra km: €0.23/km · Service fee: €40/booking · Deposit: €1,200

The remaining rental amount is also due at the start of the hire.

Yes. All three campervans are insured across the whole of Europe. All necessary documents are provided at the handover. Travellers have previously driven through Scandinavia, Portugal, the Alps and Eastern Europe.

If damage occurs during the rental period, please report it to us as soon as possible. We will help with the further handling. After return, the damage amount is determined and deducted from the security deposit.

Maximum excess: €1,200 (equal to the security bond).

Any fines received during your rental period are your responsibility. We will forward the payment request to you.

A standard 1,250 free kilometres per week are included. Extra kilometres cost €0.23 per kilometre.

We record the odometer reading at collection and return. Any additional costs are deducted from the security deposit.

We rent per 24 hours. The time you collect the campervan is also the time it must be returned.

Example: collect at 10:00 → return at 10:00. If returned later, an extra rental day will be charged.

We ask you to leave the campervan in good order:

• — Tidied up and clear of personal belongings
• — Sheets removed from the bed and placed on the mattress
• — Fuel level equal to that at departure
• — If used: cassette of the porta-potti emptied

At the start of hire the following is on board:

• —Sleep mask (light can enter through the ventilation system)

Small dogs may be permitted in the Horizon. Please contact us in advance.

The Albatros can be equipped with a bike rack on request.

In the Horizon and Zonnewijzer a small bicycle or set of folding bikes fits in the loading area.

Absolutely — the Zonnewijzer is perfectly suited for this. With its elegant Citroën Jumper body, refined interior and built-in cinema projector it is the most romantic campervan in our fleet. Couples choose the Zonnewijzer for surprise weekends around weddings and anniversaries too. Pick up in Amstelveen, 10 minutes from Amsterdam.

Yes, certainly. All three campervans are fully insured across Europe including Germany, France, Scandinavia and the Alps. For longer trips of 1–3 weeks the Albatros is the most complete choice: indoor shower, induction cooking and 7.17 kWh battery. Contact us for possible discounts on bookings longer than 3 weeks.

There is no maximum rental period. For bookings longer than 3 weeks please contact us to discuss whether a discount is possible.
